1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order on Mogul Tees (mogult.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who We Are & Our Purpose
Mogul Tees is a brand wholly owned and operated by Army of Tees, its sole owner. Mogul Tees is a direct-to-consumer apparel business selling print-on-demand apparel featuring quotations from notable historical and public figures. We ship worldwide from our print-fulfilment partners.
All Army of Tees websites are operated for both commercial and educational purposes. Alongside the products we offer for sale, we present historical and biographical context about the people quoted. Any names, likenesses, or portrait illustrations displayed on the site are used for educational and editorial purposes — to identify, attribute, and inform about those individuals.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Orders are charged at the time of purchase via Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Mogul Tees does not store your full card number on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
4. Products
Products are printed to order. Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from physical goods due to display calibration. Each garment is printed fresh — sizes should be ordered per our Size Guide; see individual product pages for size charts.
Commissioned, made-to-order printing for educational purposes. Nothing is printed until you place an order. By ordering, you are commissioning Mogul Tees to print the selected quotation and accompanying educational design onto a garment on your behalf, for personal, educational, and editorial purposes. You confirm that you are requesting this print for those purposes — to study, display, attribute, or share the words of the person quoted — and not for resale or any use that infringes the rights of a third party.

7. Intellectual Property, Likenesses & Takedown
Quotations are short, attributed excerpts. Designs, layouts, typography, and site content are the property of Army of Tees and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Consistent with the standard practice for educational and reference materials, the words we print are brief, attributed quotations drawn from published, historical, and public-domain texts. Short quotations of this kind are used for educational and editorial purposes and are not claimed by us as exclusive copyrighted works; we make no claim of ownership over the underlying words of any author or speaker, and we present them to inform, attribute, and educate. We claim only our own original designs, artwork, and presentation as described above.
Portrait illustrations shown in our educational sections are stylized, AI-generated artistic interpretations (engraving-style line art), not photographs, used for educational and editorial identification of the person quoted. We do not derive revenue from any likeness that is not our own — our products feature the quotations. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any living individual depicted, and no such association is implied.
Takedown / opt-out: if you are (or represent) an individual depicted and wish your name or likeness removed, email support@mogult.com with the request.
Opt-in: conversely, a living individual we quote (or their authorized representative) may request to be featured on our products. We add the likeness of a living person to products only after verifying that consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mogul Tees's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law & Likeness Rights
These Terms, and any use of names, likenesses, or rights of publicity on this site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. By using this site or placing an order, you agree that Florida law governs any claim arising from such use.
